Packing Services are offered for all types of merchandise such as carved wood, furniture, ceramic, glassware,
carved stone and bamboo wood products including products made from brass or iron, as well as personal effects,
electrical appliances and various items of machinery, etc.
The Company has skilled and experienced personnel of more than 30 people available to do several types
and forms of packing in conformity with the export packing standards.
Type of Packing
Wooden crates
Wood used for making cargo crates includes pine and raintree wood undergoing heat treatment and
fumigated to prevent insect infestation and make the wood dry and difficult for fungal growth. In addition,
this type of wood is strong and resistant to mechanical impact and can support weight very well.
Wooden cases
Wood used for making cargo cases includes pine and raintree wood as well as grade A plywood for
making furniture with sizes ranging from 4 mm., 6 mm., 10 mm. and 15 mm.(based on suitability and safety
for packing cargoes) that has undergone heat treatment and fumigated to prevent insect infestation and make
the wood dry and difficult for fungal growth. In addition, this type of wood is strong and resistant to mechanical
impact and can support weight very well.
Pallets and Skids
Wood used by the Company to make these frames includes pine and raintree wood undergone heat treatment
and fumigated. For cargoes weighing more than 10 tons, hardwood is used for making these platforms.
The sizes of pallets can be made to order or in accordance with the sizes of cargoes.
Boxes
The Company has 3 standard sizes of boxes with an A-1 paper thickness of 5-ply layer.
There are signs and arrows of break and wet proof, cargo precaution on both sides of each box.
- Size 1 Type: Dimensions (W x L x H): 42 x 42 x 42 cm. - Size 2 Type: Dimensions (W x L x H): 54 x 54 x 54 cm. - Size 3 Type: Dimensions (W x L x H): 57 x 65 x 62 cm.
The Company's boxes have such sizes that can accommodate weights ranging from 20-50 kilograms
and can be arranged inside a container in such a way to be nicely fit into it, thus avoiding the loss of space
in the container and enabling customers to ship more merchandise. The Company applies plastic bands
around boxes and wraps stretch film around them as another layer to prevent moisture.
Wrappings The Company has a variety of wrappings to offer as follows: Plastic bubble wrapping is used for wrapping merchandise, machines or furniture
to prevent mechanical impact and moisture. Corrugated paper is used to wrap furniture or decorative items due to its mechanical
impact and scratch resistant properties. Plastic sheets are used to wrap or cover machines or large-merchandise to
prevent moisture and scratch Stretch film is used to wrap cargoes packed on pallets or wrap machines in order to
maintain the shape of merchandise and prevent moisture. The Company offers foam with dimensions of 60cm wide x 120 cm. long in varied
thickness ranging from 1.5", 1", 2".
Vacuum
Vacuum packing is suitable for packing machines to prevent moisture for the purpose of long term storage.
In the process of vacuum packing, the Company will place a damp-proof agent in the machine and wrap it with
plastic bubble wrapping in one layer to prevent the tear of vacuum foil.
